Timber Ridge Golf Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Talladega, Alabama.
Timber Ridge Golf Course is only a short drive from Birmingham. The course is located in the foothills of Cheaha Mountain and the edge of the Talladega National Forest.
The course first opened for play in 1989. It was designed by Charles Carter.
Timber Ridge has 18 regulation holes, and a 15 tee driving range. The course rating is 71.2 and it has a slope rating of 126. Golfers have four sets of tees to choose from ranging from 5,100 yards to 6,600.
Timber Ridge's signature hole is the scenic, yet challenging 11th, a 145-yard-par-3. The hole plays over water at a green well protected by sand traps generally into a prevailing wind.

ALL OF THE GREENS WERE INFECTED WITH SOMETHING HAD NO GRASS ON THEM!!, WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH RAIN THAT THEY WERE NOT BURNT UP JUST IN BAD SHAPE, THE FAIRWAYS WERE OK BUT HAD LOTS OF DIFFERENT GRASS AND WERE NOT SMOOTH. VERY DISSAPOINTED THAT THEY WOULD CHARGE FULL PRICE WHEN THERE WAS NO GRASS ON THE GREENS (BROWNS)!!!!
